Harlingen, Texas celebrates Centennial this year and Steve Hathcock from Rio History stopped by for a casual tour of downtown with Norman Rozeff, local historian from the Cameron County Historical Commission. Steve also met up with Rebecca Garza, a local docent at the Harlingen Arts and Heritage Museum, and she gave us a quick tour of the museum complex.
